The Trenton, New Jersey or Newark, New Jersey office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an Associate for its Lobbying & Public Policy Practice Group.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of public policy experience in a government or law or lobbying firm environment
- Experience with State rulemaking, departmental administrative and/ or legislative experience
- Familiarity with NJU, NJDEP, NJDHS, NJDOT, NJ Department of Treasury, NJDOH, and NJEDA is desired
- Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $185,000-$200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
