reDesign is a woman-owned and led, nationally recognized education design lab with deep pedagogical and change leadership expertise and a social justice mission. We partner with educators to build learner-centered communities for young people that support their development of competency, connectedness, and critical consciousness. Together we create designs and practices that imagine and enact transformative learning. reDesign has served clients of all sizes, from small school teams to national networks, across the US and internationally since 2006.
One of our core commitments is to use reDesign as a platform to support and promote women and people of color as leaders within the field. At reDesign, we believe in a truly human-centered work environment. reDesign provides competitive compensation, an attractive benefits package, and a flexible work environment. As a 21st century organization with a virtual office, employees work in the field, from home, and in rented spaces. This position may require travel up to 40% time, once it is safe again to travel, and is available as a full-time or as an 80% part-time position. We are also open to receiving applications from individuals seeking consulting opportunities on a by-project basis.
